Our Policies

Appointment Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for check-in. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling to ensure timely service for all patients.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To respect the time of both our staff and other patients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or not showing up for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Policy
We accept major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. For self-pay patients, the fee is $150 per visit. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Insurance and Billing Policy
Felserg Health Connect will submit claims to your insurance provider; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to confirm coverage and benefits prior to the appointment. Any charges not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the patient.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal and medical information. All patient records are kept confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. For more information, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

Prescription Refill Policy
Prescription refill requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your medication runs out. Requests can be made through our patient portal or by contacting our office directly. Please note that some medications may require an in-person consultation before a refill can be issued.

Telehealth Policy
For your convenience, we offer telehealth appointments. Patients participating in telehealth services are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a private space to discuss medical concerns. The same appointment and cancellation policies apply to telehealth visits.

Code of Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment for our patients and staff. We ask that all individuals treat each other with courtesy and professionalism. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.

Emergency Policy
Felserg Health Connect is not an emergency care provider. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. For urgent care needs, please contact our office to see if a same-day appointment is available.

Feedback and Complaints Policy
We value patient feedback and are committed to improving our services. If you have feedback or wish to file a formal complaint, please contact our office or email us directly. All concerns will be reviewed promptly and addressed accordingly.
